This October, Mirage Studios will be publishing issue #28 of TALES OF THE TMNT, written by Murphy and illustrated by Steve Rolston. This stand-alone story is entitled "Shanghaied" and finds ninja turtle Raphael drinking in the same bar as a foot soldier named Cha Ocho.
